Has anyone got an explanation of the holding call that was called on the Titans when they sneaked for a first down on 3rd and 1? The Line/Down Judge (top of screen) threw his flag immediately at the snap and that was the only flag on the play and no hat was thrown and no other foul was announced, so how could it possibly be holding if it occurred simultaneously with the snap?
