  1. New England got away with roughing the passer. We have all seen less called. Pathetic non call.

  2. So I guess leading with the crown of the helmet is a penalty this week. So much inconsistency…..don’t try to justify it.

  3. @8:59 2nd qtr.

Say that Amendola commits the same foul, but the ball bounces into the end zone. Would the Patriots then get the ball at the 10? That is, the touchback occurs and then the penalty is half the distance to the goal?

  4. Back Judge (very short guy who would never have been hired but for his dad – the NFL does not hire short officials generally)just missed a big ICT on Chiefs receiver in EZ. Material effect shove in shoulder, well beyond the healthy five. Right in from of him, on 3rd down. Should be a first down and instead they have to kick for 3. Simply terrible WTF was he looking at? I guess he couldn’t see up that high.

  5. Sorry Ed, lesser hits then the first one get called all the time. If you don’t realize this – then you haven’t been watching long. Of course, it helps if you are one of the golden boy qbs….

  6. Just wondering why a nearby kc receiver was being tackled with no call on the 4th and 10 call. Oh hey, and its a non-int, unlike the TD call in the steelers game. Guess you have to actually catch the ball this week.

  7. Another “great” game by the part timers. Game outcome predicted on the first drive by NE…

  8. The official never make calls based on who the teams are they make call based on the plays
    They did a good job

  9. Just like the post a few back said; “It’s all about the money.” KC got penalized for the same thing NE did, but NE didn’t get penalized. That’s ok, someone will put NE in their place one day on a level no one will ever forget, it’s only a matter of time…..

  10. If I had bet on the game, Ed, why would I ever bet against NE? And who said I was talking about PI? How about the textbook helmet to helmet non-call? Or the “best” officials deciding that holding doesn’t apply at the end of the game?
