Owners consider 2013 rule changes
NFL owners at their annual league meeting are now reviewing new rules proposals from the Competition Committee. An announcement is expected Tuesday or Wednesday on the results.
A two-thirds vote (or 22 team owners) is required to pass each individual rule change.
