Big Ten will air replay discussions on Friday night games
Fans can watch replay officials make their rulings during Friday night conference home games.

The Big Ten conference will allow TV viewers to watch replay reviews during Friday night college football games. The first games will be this Friday, Sept. 4, when the conference has a tripleheader of Purdue vs. Indiana State, Michigan State vs. Toledo, and USC vs. Fresno State.
This applies to all Friday Big Ten conference home games, which will air on Fox/FS1 or the Big Ten Network.
In the past, the spring football leagues let people listen in on replay reviews. The Atlantic Coast Conference allowed TV access to replay reviews during select games last season.
It will be interesting and fun to peek behind the curtain this fall and see how the officials make their rulings. We got a little taste of it — at a high stakes level — when we took a look at the feed from the replay booth in 2021 college football National Championship Game.
