Referee assignments for preseason week 3
Martin to officiate in Carolina twice this preseason
To kick off the final week of the 2025 exhbition games, Clay Martin will return to Carolina on Thursday where the visiting Steelers take on the Panthers. This list is incomplete at the time of initial publication; assignments will be updated when they are confirmed.
All times are Eastern. Live games on NFL Network will be blacked out and telecast on local stations in both teams’ markets. (In some blackouts, a game scheduled to air on tape delay game will be aired live on NFL Network as a substitute game.) All games are available live on NFL+.
The 2025 officiating crews are listed here, but note that there may be substitutions from the regular crew personnel each week.
