Open forum: Submit questionable calls from Week 1

We cannot possibly watch every game. We will report what we can, especially if it appears in the game summary.

If you see a disputable call, point our attention to it by using the comment section of this post. The ones that we can explain or get further information on will be answered in a new post.

This site is yours as much as it is ours. I look forward to this experiment in the 2009 season.

  1. From the Tennesean:

Missed call: Officials missed a holding call in the end zone that would have resulted in a safety for the Titans, Fisher confirmed when asked about the play on Friday.

“Sometimes those things are missed and I was surprised that that one was missed,” Fisher said. “But those types of things in games like these can have an impact on the outcome of the game.”

  2. We are going to be examining the final play of the 49ers-Cardinals game. The ruling was a fumble with 3 seconds remaining, but the 49ers bench entered the field before the 3 seconds ticked off the clock. Stay tuned.

  3. I missed the call the first time around, so I’m hoping for a re-air on NFLN. Al Harris was flagged for illegal contact that should not have been. Anyone want to comment on this?
