The offseason has finally come to an end, and the first week of the NFL preseason is here. Three new white hats — Adrian Hill, Scott Novak, and Brad Rogers — will be taking the field with their new crews this week. Hill is the only one of the three with a national broadcast game. Side judge Jonah Monroe, pictured above, will undergo a tryout at the referee position for the first time, working Thursday’s Panthers-Bears game with referee Bill Vinovich as the mentor for this game.

All times Eastern. Live games on NFL Network will be blacked out and telecast on local stations in both teams’ markets. Walt Anderson’s crew is off this week after working last week’s Pro Football Hall of Fame Game. The 2019 officiating crews are listed here, but  note that there may be substitutions from the regular crew personnel each week.
