On the last play of the half, the ref clearly says “the ruling on the field is that the offense did get set.” the line of scrimmage on that play was the 42. If it was offsetting penalties, the FG would have been 59 yards. They enforced the offsides and it was a 54 yard attempt.

Were we watching the same game? Brad Allen announced “The ruling on the field, is that the offense did get set” and there were not offsetting fouls, as they only enforced a defensive offside. So I am confused on the comments about having offsetting fouls .
I can only guess they believed the defensive offside occurred prior to the snap and “killed the play” prior to 0:00 because a defender was parallel or behind the offensive linemen, per the NFL rulebook describing offside. It ended up being benign, but if it had impacted the game, it’d be more important to explain it. Can you elaborate since you said you spoke with the NFL?
