The final week of the 2018 regular season is upon us. Here are the referee assignments heading into the playoffs.

Walt Anderson will be the referee for Game 256 — the Sunday night game which will determine if either the Tennessee Titans or Indianapolis Colts extend their season into January. Tony Corrente and his crew have the week off.

All games are on Sunday and are listed below based on their impact on the playoff picture. Potential (or clinched) playoff seeds are shown in superscripted numbers, with zeros indicating teams that have not clinched a playoff spot. Times listed are Eastern.
