Bill Vinovich is the referee in Foxborough, Mass., for the annual kickoff game on Thursday night between the Chiefs and Patriots.  Ed Hochuli’s crew has their scheduled bye week, and due to the rescheduling of the Buccaneers-Dolphins game to Week 11, Pete Morelli and crew are also off this week.
