The second half of the XFL regular season begins this weekend with referees John O’Neill, Brandon Cruse, Tra Blake, and James Carter at the helm in the four games this weekend. Follow our live coverage here and on our Twitter page, @footballzebras.

Officiating supervisor Steve Strimling will be supervising two games this weekend: the Sunday clash between the Dallas Renegades and DC Defenders, which he was originally scheduled for, and the Saturday contest between the St. Louis Battlehawks and Tampa Bay Vipers. The latter of the two games was originally scheduled to be supervised by Wes Booker, who has since been re-assigned following last week’s game clock breakdown at the conclusion of the Seattle-Houston game.

The XFL has also announced that this week’s game in Seattle will be played without fans in attendance as a matter of prevention of the spread of COVID-19, which has seriously affected the state of Washington.

The game between the St. Louis Battlehawks and Tampa Bay Vipers will be noteworthy in that it will be the first XFL game, and the first professional football game, to have two female officials on the crew: down judge Tangela Mitchell and line judge Maia Chaka.

Game assignments are below. All times are Eastern.
