    Did anyone catch the end of MNF game. It appears that referee Boger is giving Vince Young a “HIGH 5″ after the last play of the game. However, the NFL (NoFunLeague) was quick to make a statement that referee boger was making the proper administrative signal after the play was over. Before he cpould lower his hand it appears that Vince Young Completed the “HIGH 5″.
